Skyrim headless npc glitch. Here it looks like missing animations and missing textures. Although I have only seen the headless humaniods. The first time I saw this bug I reloaded and it fixed itself. Sometimes these enemies are headless, sometimes not. I've experienced this bug twice, only in the civil war quests, only the battle scenes.
